Overview

The Infinity Plus is the most recent version of Capresso’s all-purpose Infinity series of coffee grinders. With 16 grind settings it is capable of high precision grinding for brew methods ranging from Turkish coffee all the way to French press. The grinder is equipped with a <450 rpm gear reduction motor for precise and controlled grinding and a set of Swiss made conical steel burrs. For ease of use, a 12 cup selector knob allows you to automatically grind for 1-12 cups of coffee while the red line shows you which grind setting you have selected. For easy cleaning, the top burr can be removed, and a safety lock feature prevents the motor from operating while the 11oz bean hopper is removed.
